What we collect

When you place an order, we collect only what is needed to fulfil it:

• Full name
• Mobile number and email address
• Delivery address and postal code
• Order details — products, quantities, payment method preference

We never collect or store payment card details — no online payment is taken on this site.

How we use it

• To process, confirm and deliver your order (via WhatsApp or email)
• To respond to your enquiries

We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell them. Data is shared only where needed to deliver your order — for example with a courier — or where required by law.

How we protect it

Orders live in a secured cloud database protected by two-factor authentication, and this site is served entirely over HTTPS. Order records are deleted once an order is fulfilled and no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — or withdraw your consent entirely — at any time. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
